This set fits and gives us a great HD picture in our little room upstairs.

I was very disappointed with my order. I received the TV and found that it was missing the installation kit and instruction manual…and the hassle of sending back the TV and re-ordering a new one.

I purchased this tv because I already have a 50″ plasma Panasonic and have been very pleased with it. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for this 32″ LCD. Within minutes of hooking it up to my U-Verse box (via the HDMI input) and calibrating the res to 720, the tv starting blacking-out. I contacted the distributor, who sent me to Panasonic, who sent me to a local “certified” repair shop. They sent down some “monkey” who said it was AT&T’s fault. AT&T replaced the U-verse box and the problem persisted. I contacted the repair shop again, and they sent out the same “monkey” who said the cord was too long. HUH?!?! So he cut my cord down (without asking) and said the problem was solved…..except of course, it wasn’t. So, I called the repair shop again and they said to just change over to the component input…..which did stop the blacking-out issue, but didn’t really solve the problem. So, I called the repair shop again and said I was not satisfied with using five cords to do what an HDMI cord is made to do, so they sent out two guys (who smelled homeless and looked like pedophiles) who replaced the HDMI board….which didn’t fix the problem. I called the repair shop again, and they said that after some research, they believe the HDMI board can’t “keep up” with the hd stream coming from my U-verse box….even when it’s set at 720…..and that’s just the way Panasonic built the tv. And on that note, they stopped returning my calls. The moral to my insufferable story….steer clear of this tv if you’d like to watch high-def via HDMI….especially if you have U-verse by AT&T.

Seems like a nice TV for the price (had it only for an hour but tested it). PC display is low quality but we were not planning to use it for that. We were planning to use it in a bedroom though and without a headphone jack this is a complete misfit for us.
