This item came with no instructions so I was completely in the dark trying to get it to work. When I finally did get sound through the car speakers I had to turn the volume control up so high that when the transmitter was turned off the sound would blast from the car stereo. Definitely a total waste of money at any price.

This product does not live up to its name.
The static over the waves was too much to bare.
Had to go out and buy new product worth abit
more to get better results. USUCK

This product worked just fine for exactly 2 days and then it just basically fell apart. I think the one I recieved had been used the face plate come off – it was very cheaply made … I returned the product and purchased another brand all together.

If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. This is an awful knock-off of the higher priced FM transmitters that actually work. I bought it for a car trip, and was disappointed to find out that it only “worked” intermittently, while holding down the power button, crossing my fingers, and standing on one foot.
I tried using it both with batteries, as well as the power adapter, but to no avail. When it was “working” the audio quality was atrocious, and every time it would cut out the car radio would of course start blaring static white noise. I have used many different FM transmitters, including one I built myself in College, and so I know their limitations. Don’t waste your time or money on this piece of junk. Spend a bit more, and get something that actually works!!
They call it an “Apple” FM transmitter….. It has nothing to do with Apple or the iPod.
